Alex has been appointed the Executive Director of EU Chamber of Commerce in Canada - West in 2014. In addition, he has over 27 years of experience with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West as a Commercial Attaché and the Director of Marketing & Business Development combined with 8 years of prior diversified business experience while establishing and managing private companies in Europe and Canada. Alex is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, International Business Development, International Marketing & Sales, International Relations, and Market Research and has successful track record of developing and sourcing new business with government agencies and private companies and developing and implementing international, multi-sectoral business development and promotional projects. He has played major role in project development and coordination of events and activities in CETA promotion projects in Canada and Europe while executing successful tenders awarded to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West between 2008-2013 and financed by the European Commission. He is currently actively involved in the Enterprise Europe Network Canada - a business cooperation centre linked to the Enterprise Europe Network.
