Shipping Policy — Top Tip Masterclass

Overview
Top Tip Masterclass fulfills orders from our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We use a third‑party courier service (arranged through Shopify) to pick up and distribute packages on our behalf.

Order confirmation & shipment notifications

  • After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • When your order ships we will send a shipment confirmation email that includes the courier name and tracking code. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed and packed by the Top Tip Masterclass fulfillment team in Vancouver within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods & transit times

  • We offer multiple shipping options at checkout (standard, expedited, international where available). Transit times depend on the courier service selected and destination.
  • Typical domestic (Canada) transit: 2–7 business days after pickup.
  • Typical US transit: 5–12 business days after pickup.
  • Typical international transit: 7–21 business days after pickup. These are estimates and may vary.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping speed. Any duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Courier pickup & delivery

  • A third‑party courier arranged through Shopify will pick up packages from our Vancouver fulfillment location and deliver them to the destination address.
  • We provide tracking information when available and will email it to you once the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email toptipmasterclass@gmail.com with your order number and details. Include photos of damaged items and packaging.
  • We will investigate with the courier and respond within 48 hours. If an item is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, duties & import regulations

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections, delays, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Top Tip Masterclass is not responsible for additional customs charges or delays once the package has left Canada.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

  • Please ensure shipping addresses are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect addresses. If an address correction is needed after shipment, additional charges or delays may apply.

Returns & exchanges

  • For returns or exchanges, please follow our Return & Refund Policy and email toptipmasterclass@gmail.com. Return instructions and any prepaid labels (if applicable) will be provided.
