Full Return & Refund Policy — Top Tip Masterclass (Canada) Last updated: January 2026

Overview We want you to love your Top Tip Masterclass purchase. If a physical book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may return it or request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to request a return or refund

  • Email toptipmasterclass@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Brief description of the issue
    • Photos showing the damage (cover, spine, affected pages) and a photo of the shipping label or packaging if available
  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions.

Eligibility

  • Eligible: Physical book(s) purchased from our store that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Not eligible: Change-of-mind returns, normal wear from use, and digital/downloadable products.

Returns and shipping

  • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for Canada when appropriate. If a prepaid label is not supplied, you may return the item at your own cost and we will reimburse reasonable return postage after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Pack the item securely (original packaging if possible) and include your order number inside the package.

Refund processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
  • If the return is due to our error (damage in transit, printing defect), we will also refund any original shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange for the same title, state this in your initial email. We will arrange a replacement shipment once the damaged copy is confirmed.

Partial refunds & exceptions

  • For orders with multiple items, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement for only the affected item(s).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy terms.

Your legal rights (Canada)

  • This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
