Terms of Service — Top Tip Masterclass

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using Top Tip Masterclass (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and purchasing our products you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Our Services & Products
   Top Tip Masterclass offers short instructional books, digital content, and associated materials (the “Products”). Product descriptions on the Site are subject to change. We may deliver Products through third-party platforms (for example, Shopify for store operations and Amazon/Kindle for digital distribution).

3. Purchases, Payments & Delivery

• All purchases are subject to availability and payment authorization.
• Physical Products: shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.
• Digital Products: delivered via download or a third-party platform (e.g., Kindle). Access, delivery speed, and availability are subject to the provider’s terms.
• Prices, taxes, duties, and fees are shown at checkout and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• Our store is hosted and processed using Shopify. Your purchase and use of the Site are subject to Shopify’s terms: https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms
• If you purchase or access content via Amazon, that content is subject to Amazon’s terms and policies:

• We are not responsible for actions, policies, downtime, or content on third-party sites. You must follow any applicable third-party terms when using their services.

1. Returns & Refunds
   Returns and refunds are handled per our Return & Refund Policy (see Site Returns page). That policy forms part of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property
   All Site content, including book text, images, logos, and layout, is owned or licensed by Top Tip Masterclass and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing.

3. User Conduct
   You agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes or to violate rights of others.
• Upload or post harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Interfere with Site operations or attempt to access restricted areas.

1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee specific results from using our instructional content.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tip Masterclass and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.

1. Consumer Rights (Canada)
   These Terms do not limit your statutory rights under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection laws. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those laws, such laws prevail.

2. Privacy
   Use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

3. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Products for violations of these Terms or illegal activity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination.

4. Changes to Terms
   We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
